Construction Phase
Our Process
Project MEPFP Coordination
We assist the construction team in coordinating all building services ensuring a smooth start to the build.
Submittal and other Document Review
We receive, process and thoroughly review all submittal documentation such that procurement can occur when needed.
Field Walk-thru’s
During the project, we are on Site, verifying all installations are occurring per plan. As we approach project completion, we pay close attention to every detail, ensuring the final product aligns with your vision.
Cx and Cx Support
Upon Substantial Completion, we can either perform or assist the CxA with performing Functional Testing of all systems. We ensure Training is complete and there is a smooth hand-off with O&M Personnel.
