SIH Dermatology and Clinic Addition

Project included addition to existing out-patient medical building which included procedure rooms for dermatology, cosmetic surgery and reconstructive surgery procedures, exam rooms, waiting room and other support spaces. Our firm developed the Permit drawings for Mechanical HVAC and Plumbing as part of a Design-Build Team. HVAC included a pad mounted, packaged HVAC unit with VAV and CAV boxes utilizing electric reheat. Plumbing included extension of existing services including med-gas required for the procedures. This project included full CA Services and assistance with developing and issuing Close-out Documents. Project execution included collaboration with third-party Commissioning Authority.
