Project included complete build-out of existing manufacturing facility into a world class Food and Beverage co-packing plant with state of the art Ingredient Water production. Our firm worked with the Owner to develop Design Develop drawings and budget pricing for the new Central Utility Plant including HVAC chilled water, process chilled water, cooling tower water, steam boilers, heating hot water and NPCW/NPHW for wash-down. We also worked with SUEZ to layout the Ingredient Water loop. This project was planned for four complete production lines with expansion to eight production lines. All HVAC and mechanical systems were designed with expansion in mind. After issuance of the Design Development package, the project was put on hold due to budgetary reasons.
