ICL R&D Facility Expansion

Project included renovation/expansion of existing lab space with build-out of new non-dairy lab and meatless lab. Equipment included single zone packaged gas/electric rooftop units, VAV diffusers, unit heaters and ductless split system for the IT room. This project also included a new, clean steam boiler and non-potable hot water heater for process needs. My firm provided the HVAC, mechanical and plumbing design which included a separate plumbing underground package. Deliverables included 30% IFR, 60% IFR, 905 IFA and 100% IFC Construction Packages.  The project was put on hold due to funding.
