Although a complete plumbing installation had occurred, documented For Record Drawings and updated Revit model were not provided by the installing contractor. Our firm performed field surveys of each building and fully documented all plumbing installations for this facility. Systems included CW, HW, HWR, NPCW, Industrial Cooling Water, Machine Cooling Water, Purified Water and Emergency Tempered Water systems. All equipment and fixtures were documented and schedules updated This is a large facility and surveys occurred over seven days with the help of Operations/Maintenance staff. This required access to process spaces via man-lift. Our firm delivered the updated model and updated plumbing drawings for the Client.
