ThermoFisher Scientific B7 HVAC Study

We performed a complete HVAC survey of existing HVAC systems including packaged RTU’s, VAV/FTU units, Chillers and chilled water systems serving the main computer room and central station air handling units. The building was originally designed for scientific labs and research functions and was currently being used as general office space. During the study, a Test and Balance company was engaged to verify airflows and check building pressurization. The final Narrative included recommendations for HVAC replacements and upgrades to save energy, reduce operating/maintenance cost and simplify overall HVAC operations. The recommendations also mitigated pressurization issues experienced within the facility.
