The Owner had procured an existing, chemical/industrial Pilot Lab/Lab facility that was constructed in two phases including 1965 and 1978. This facility also contains cGMP spaces and R&D spaces for produced development. Nearly all of the equipment was original to this facility. We were asked to fully document existing systems and develop phased plans for replacement that would not disrupt current or planned operations. Systems include HVAC, HPS/HPC, LPS/LPC, HHWS/R, CHWS/R, CGS/R, DI Water, N2, CA, Breathing Air, VAC, Controls, CW, HW, NPCW, ETW and all Plumbing Lab/Normal Waste systems. The deliverables included flow diagrams, Utility Summary, equipment selections and phasing plans.
