Design of Rooftop unit replacement with modifications to existing VAV, VVT and CC systems. The project eliminated use of existing 100% outside air, Air Handling Unit serving office space that used to be Lab Space. My firm performed the initial Design Study, Chiller Evaluation and performed the HVAC/Mechanical design for this project. We partnered with our trusted associates to also produce the electrical design and fire protection performance specification as several areas included air device/ceiling renovations. Deliverables included DD, 60% CD and 100% CD which were used for project permitting, bidding and procurement. This project was put on hold due to project funding requirements and then started two years after issuance of the Permit Drawings. We are currently supporting the project through Construction Administration.
