Project Description:
Replacement of existing chilled water/natural gas-fired air handling units, air-cooled screw chiller, potable hot water heaters and storage systems. My firm worked with Valdes Architecture and Engineering, Inc. to perform HVAC and plumbing design for this facility which included a full analysis of all areas of this building. The existing distribution is single-zone and VAV with hadronic reheat. Controls were to be replaced for all air terminal units and controls upgraded for this facility. Deliverables included 60% IFR, 90% IFA and 100% Construction Documents. This project was put on hold due to budgetary constraints.
