Project Description:
Renovation/expansion of existing dairy lab, renovation to existing dairy plus lab and build-out of existing conference room to meatless lab. Existing equipment and infrastructure was leveraged to minimize project cost. My firm completed full HVAC, mechanical and plumbing design for this project. Deliverables included a 90% IFR and 100% IFC Construction Packages. My firm provided Construction Administration for this project.
