Orland Park Firing Range

New police dispatch center with training areas, simulation room and sixteen lane Firing Range. The Firing Range equipment was procured by the Owner. My firm worked with Valdes Architecture and Engineering, Inc. to perform HVAC and plumbing design for this facility including the firing range. The Firing Range itself included exhaust HEPA filtration and package gas/electric rooftop unit for heating and cooling during normal mode and during purge mode. The office areas included single-zone VAV packaged gas/electric rooftop units. Several areas are served with VAV diffusers. Deliverables included 30% IFR, 60% IFR, 90% IFA and 100% Construction Documents. My firm is also provided full Construction Administration for this project as well as Commissioning support.
