ThermoFisher Scientific, B11 Warehouse HVAC Renovation

Replacement/upgrade of HVAC meet cGMP warehouse requirements defined by the Owner. This included upgrade of existing packaged gas/electric rooftop units, distribution ductwork and circulation fans to mitigate stratification. My firm, along with my trusted associates completed a full MEPFP survey of existing systems such that a Basis of Design document could be developed with recommendations for proposed changes. My firm performed complete HVAC design including load calculations, pressure balance calculations, control system design with SOO and Points List, equipment/ductwork design and coordination with existing racking systems. The Electrical package included all power modifications. Deliverables included 30% IFR, 50% IFR, 90%IFA and 100% IFC Drawings with separate project manuals.
