Allied Healthcare, Flexicare Building Renovation

Renovation of ~66,000 s.f. of existing office/production spaces for relocated/new process equipment and support spaces. This project will also include some 32,000 s.f. of Warehouse space and conditioning of existing office areas. My firm, along with my trusted associates, performed a complete survey of the MEPFP systems within this facility such that we could develop a Schematic Design and sketches that will be used for +/-30% TIC estimate. Our goal is leverage existing equipment and systems where possible to reduce overall project cost. This project is moving forward Design-Build and we will continue to offer support where needed.
