Project Description:
Build-out of existing warehouse space for relocated production suite, support space and lab. Primary mixing and the lab include pressure controls based on chemicals being used. Production is once through air and includes owner furnished regenerative thermal oxidizer (RTO). Areas served by packaged gas/electric HVAC units or Ductless Split Systems and some areas have process humidity controls. My firm performed complete HVAC design including load calculations, pressure balance calculations, control system design with SOO and Points List, equipment/ductwork design and coordination with pad layouts. Deliverables included 50% IFR, 90%I FA and 100% IFC Drawings with written specifications in the drawing package.
