About Us

With nearly 30 years of experience in the construction industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from SIUE in 1995, I began my career as a Project Engineer with a leading HVAC commercial and industrial equipment supplier. In this role, I honed my skills in equipment take-offs, procurement, installation support, and startup operations, working closely with engineers and contractors to ensure successful project execution.

As I advanced to the role of Sales Engineer, my focus shifted to Building Automation System design, sales, and installation project management, delivering tailored solutions for complex systems. My dedication to excellence led to earning my Professional Engineer licensure, which enabled me to design complete HVAC, mechanical, and plumbing systems. Over the years, I’ve held leadership roles ranging from Project Engineer and Project Manager to Director of Operations and Discipline Lead, working with both consulting firms and design-build contractors.

In the fall of 2020, I founded BB&A Construction Services, PLLC, driven by a passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. As a customer-focused, highly motivated, and organized leader, I bring a unique blend of technical expertise and management experience to every project.
