Biomerieux, B2 HVAC Study

Performed full HVAC Load Analysis for this 4-story building which includes Offices, Labs and Pharmaceutical production spaces. Performed Energy Analysis to estimate annual energy savings for various scenarios including window upgrades, roof upgrade and adjustments to ACH rates for various spaces. Surveyed all existing HVAC equipment that serves this building. The final Deliverable included a full report, all calculations, descriptions of all HVAC systems and equipment and recommendations for project Energy Conservation Measures (ECM’s) and Facility Improvement Measures (FIM’s) that may be pursued by the Client. All projects were executed on a Design-Build Basis based on recommendations.
