Fed-Ex Distribution Facility

FedEx constructed a new distribution facility which included warehouse distribution, office space and support maintenance building. Our firm performed all of the HVAC and Plumbing design for this project based on Owner Provided specification requirements and local Code requirements. This project included a variable speed exhaust system based on Warehouse CO/NO2 concentrations and Radiant Heating Systems.. Deliverables included 50% IFR, 90% IFA and 100% IFC Drawing sets with performance specifications. Our firm also performed full CA for this project including production of Tremble Software, 3-D model, Site Observation Reporting, Punch List Reporting and assisted with Start-up and Cx.
