Jackson County Courthouse HVAC Replacement

Complete renovation of HVAC systems for historic courthouse. The new systems included VRF systems for each level of the building with DOAS and ductless splits for critical areas. My firm, along with my trusted associates completed a full mechnaical/electrical survey of existing systems such that all spaces could be properly evaluated using ASHRAE standards. My firm performed complete HVAC design including load calculations, pressure balance calculations, control system design with SOO and Points List, equipment/ductwork design and coordination with existing historic features of this building. The Electrical package included all power modifications required to support the new HVAC equipment. Deliverables included 90% IFA and 100% IFC Drawings with specifications on the drawings. My firm also provided full Construction Adminstration for this project.
