Project Description:

This project included new storage vessels which required jacket cooling for normal process usage and during product unloading. Glycol solution was transferred from the existing CUB to a break heat exchanger and pumping system. This project included a design study of the existing Glycol Chiller system to ensure adequate capacity was available for this project. Deliverables included complete design documents with P&ID’s, CA Services and full Commissioning Services. All of the PLC controls were furnished, installed and programmed by a third party, D/B partner. This project included a full scan of the facility to identify pipe routing from the CUB to the newly renovated space. Piping spool drawings were developed for this project.
