Project Description:
Addition of HVAC cooling and circulation fans to meet cGMP warehouse requirements defined by the Owner. My firm performed HVAC loads and developed a schematic design narrative outlining required equipment and HVAC layout. This also included verification of battery exhaust with make-up air requirements for pressurization. The Owner was to procure equipment and work with local contractors to complete installation. HVAC equipment included packaged electric HVAC unit for cooling, transfer fans, exhaust fan with pressure controls and circulation fans. Deliverables included the Narrative and sketches which included equipment schedules. This project was executed on a Design-Build basis by the Owner.
