Maplewood Facility, Product HX Cooling/Ingredient Water System

This project included new Ingredient Water production equipment which included water pre-treatment, carbon tank filtration, and polishers. We extended a new 4″ circulation loop throughout the plant and served several parts of the process including six primary ingredient mixers. This project also included capture of process waste heat for preheating of Ingredient Water used in CIP and Batching. Our design included Piping Flow Diagrams showing control instrumentation, all SOO’s, Points Lists, Floor Plans, equipment schedules and details.  We assisted with procurement of all material and worked very closely with the facility team to procure, install, program and start-up all of the PLC Controls for this project.
