Project included renovation to existing R&D Lab Space to include product testing and development of high ptency active pharmaceutical products (HPAPI). The space was designed as a cGMP space for future use and would be validated at that time. Deliverables included HVAC, Mechanical and Plumbing documents. The spaces are served by a new central station air handling unit with CAV boxes as this is a hard-balanced system. All mechanical and plumbing utilities were extended from existing and included clean room utility panels, safety-stations, etc. We performed full CA services and also performed full Commissioning as the CxA. A full facility Utility Study was included with this project to validate all services.
