Project Description:
Performed HVAC study of cGMP warehouse and office to determine viability of reusing existing equipment for renovation. New plumbing to support installation of Owner provided coolers and freezers for cGMP storage of pharmaceutical products. My firm worked with Valdes Architecture and Engineering, Inc. to complete the project surveys, develop the HVAC system study and design plumbing/drainage systems to support Owner provided equipment. Deliverables included Narrative and project drawings with written specifications for the plumbing design. Deliverables also included the Permit Set, 100% IFC Construction Documents. My firm is also providing full Construction Administration for this project.
