Project Description:
Renovation of second floor office, classroom area included complete renovation and expansion of the campus main Computer Room which houses all of the IT infrastructure for the facility. There were several executive offices added to this area which increased the number of zones on the air handling system. The computer room included new, chilled water air handling units and free-cooling economizer capability. Our design also added pressure controls and economizer exhaust capability that did not exist before. Deliverables included 60% IFR and 100% IFC Drawings with written specifications. Our firm provided full construction administration services.
