ThermoFischer Scientific - B7 Freezer Farm

Project included renovation to existing office space to accommodate new low-temperature, product freezers. Our firm performed HVAC design for this space including HVAC Load analysis for Client required Climate Resiliency. The N+1 packaged gas/electric rooftop units were sized with 30% spare capacity. The space required stringent temperature/humidity setpoints to be maintained so electric to steam humidifiers were included with the design. We partnered with our trusted associated to also perform the electrical design and deliverables included a 60% IFR and 100% IFC drawings set which was used for Permit. Our firm provided full CA services for this project and assisted with documented Cx required for cGMP spaces.
