Design of Rooftop unit replacement with modifications to existing VAV, VVT and CC systems. The project eliminated use of existing 100% outside air, Air Handling Unit serving office space that used to be Lab Space. My firm performed the initial Design Study, Chiller Evaluation and performed the HVAC/Mechanical design for this project. We partnered with our trusted associates to also produce the electrical design and fire protection performance specification as several areas included air device/ceiling renovations. Deliverables included DD, 60% CD and 100% CD which were used for project permitting, bidding and procurement. This project was put on hold upon completion of the documents due to funding.
