ThermoFisher Scientific - B8 HVAC Remodel

The Owner had procured an existing office building which required a complete HVAC remodel. The existing systems consisted of four (4) commercial split systems with high efficiency gas-fire furnaces. The units were twinned and did not include Code required amounts of outside air. Our firm performed the load analysis for this building, introduced Energy Recovery Ventilators to increase outside air and designed all new HVAC ductwork distribution. Deliverables included a 30% IFR, 90% IFB and 100% IFP drawing sets with performance specifications. Our firm also performed full CA services for this project and assisted with TAB and system Cx.
